The Busy Bee quality management system adopts a three stage process designed to get results ‘Right First Time’ through training, controlled inspections and customer feedback.

FULLY TRAINED STAFF
|
We have a dedicated BICS Training Centre at our head office where operational personnel are trained to BICS levels 1 & 2 by our Quality Assurance and Training Manager.
All our management staff regularly undergo training as and whenever the need arises and we ensure that they are kept up to date in the latest legislation in areas such as Health and Safety.
Many of our employees have a minimum of 10 years extensive experience within the cleaning industry which will provide you with a wealth of knowledge when dealing with your individual service requirements.

SECURITY, CRB AND STAFF CHECK
|
We are fully aware of how important both reliability and personal background of staff will be to you, and that is why we place such high importance when carrying out Security screening of all new staff to ensure they are suitable to work in the EU as well as Criminal Record Bureau checks for any cleaning personnel we employ on sensitive sites.
Our Phone In Staff Check system shows a new dynamic approach which enables us to see exactly which of our cleaning personnel are signing in and out when they arrive and leave their place of work.

MATERIALS & EQUIPMENT
|
Busybee have been quick to limit the use of materials as much as we can to protect the environment. We generally use branded items, however in specific locations, when they are required, we have formulated our own environmentally friendly chemicals.
Current legislation dictates that all equipment must be fully tested and certificated before being allowed on site and we have strict guidelines in place to ensure we adhere to this requirement. We work with major manufacturers to choose the most effective equipment for each site.
